About the Centre
This centre offers over 1,000 learning hours of courses and resources for Welsh learners on five levels together with back-up mentor support and e-activities to give regular practice. There are also a number of downloadable reading resources and files for ipods and mobile phones.
A list of present resources and courses appears on the left. Please note that more resources are being added all the time at no extra cost to students. Most resources are, at the moment, on the lower levels but Intermediate to Proficiency level materials are being developed as a priority. E-activities are already offered on all levels.
All students with e-mail addresses are contacted by the mentors whenever new activities and resources appear.
Fees
This is a fee based centre. Learners, however, have unlimited use of the courses and resources. Please note that, in line with Acen's normal policy, a number of groups in Wales can claim substantial discounts or are exempt from fees altogether.
